We have a great team in these lads. They are a marvel to watch and they make you feel proud to be Zambian.
All they need to know is never to underrate any team until after the last whistle.
They are youngsters and will soon learn this.
Otherwise with good preparations they will go to the U17 World Cup.
If this team is blended well with the U20 2017 all conquering team, we have a very serious Chipolopolo Team on our hands.
South Africans will never cease amazing me.
Did any of their players surely deserve any accolades, let alone Player of the Tournament?
That was a Joseph ‘Sabobo’ Banda, or Rickson Ngambi deserved accolade.
Anyway, Congratulations to the Zambia U17 for a classical display of good football throughout the tournament. I think the realisation that they may retain the trophy overwhelmed them. But that is football.
Well done boys! The player of the tournament is Joseph Sabobo Banda. I have another Boy who will partner Joseph Sabobo Banda upfront this Boy is a natural left footer He is the next Zambian wonder-boy. I will confirm when you watch Him, another one is a no nonsense defender. I never missed on Daka about 5 years ago and I will not miss on these two Boys.
Tough luck to the boys. The were the better team. Congratulations to RSA. They had a game plan to hold Zambia and then penalties. They knew they had a chance when it came to penalties. I would like to agree with @Truth Seleniko and @Kasama Boy Joseph Banda was the player of the Tournament. Miles ahead!! The boy is a FUTURE STAR. Hope he is managed well, Its long time I have seen a skillful player like that in Zambia.
I was also impressed with the Number #4 Captain of the side and as well as the number 10.
