Larry Bwalya heading to Israel for trials

On Loan Power Dynamos midfielder Larry Bwalya will fly to Israel this afternoon and attend trials at top flight side Hapoel Ranaana.

The K-Stars left footed midfielder has played two seasons in the Zambian Super League and came on the radar of Israel agent Nir Karin in 2014 when he visited the country.

“Larry [then playing for Nchanga Rangers] was named man of the match against Power Dynamos. Nir was impressed with what he saw and has been tracking his progress.

It is believed the deal was finalised late last year when Nir was in the country again.

Bwalya will join Zambian duo Evans Kangwa and Emmanuel Mbola at the club.

He was also part of the Zambia Under-20 which participated at the Senegal 2015 African Youth Championship.

Elsewhere Charles Zulu is also set to return to Europe for another test. The Zanaco winger will be Sochaux and Nantes.

    • Have you ever heard of a Company that employs people directly without any interview just because they have shown their qualifications on paper?

There are a lot of things to be looked at in the so called trials. The team needs to access as to whether the player can mix or blend with the rest etc. I mean personale character is taken into account too

Larry Bwalya is neither Neymar nor Messi
