Zambia winger Lameck Banda was on the scoresheet as Lecce held Juventus to a 1-1 draw in Serie A.
Banda gave Lecce the lead just before halftime, finishing calmly to put the hosts ahead. However, Juventus responded early in the second half, with Weston McKennie equalising in the 49th minute.
The result leaves Lecce sitting 14th on the Serie A table, while Juventus’ title ambitions took another hit.
The goal was Banda’s second of the season for Lecce and continues his impressive run at club level.
The 23-year-old was recently part of the Zambia squad at AFCON 2025 in Morocco, where he featured in all three group-stage matches, starting two of them.
