Zambian winger Lameck Banda has continued his fine form in Israel netting in Maccabi Petah Tikva’s 3-1 win over Hapoel Jerusalem.
Petah Tikva came from a goal down to beat Jerusalem 3-1 on Saturday afternoon.
Guy Badash put Jerusalem in the lead in the 29th minute. Idoh Shahar leveled matters ten minutes into the second half from the penalty spot.
Ion Nicolaescu put Petah Tikva in the lead in the before Lameck Vanda could seal the win in the 82nd minute with a close range finish.
The former Zambia U-20 forward has now netted seven times for Petah Tikva with five coming in the league.
