Lameck Banda has left FAZ National Division One side Lumwana Radiants four months after his appointment the ZamFoot Crew can exclusively reveal.
Banda was appointed as the Uranium Boys head coach back in June after he left Mazabuka based side FC MUZA.
The ZamFoot Crew understands that the two parties reached a mutual agreement to part ways earlier today.
The former Nakambala Leopards assistant coach has since said his goodbyes to the players following Thursday’s afternoon training session.
The official announcement from the club is expected in the next 72 hours.
The ZamFoot Crew understands that no agreement has been reached with any team at the moment though a number of Super League clubs have shown interest in the past.
Forest Rangers and Power Dynamos have in the past made contact with Banda’s camp on his availability.
Prison Leopards are also said to be admirers of Lameck Banda and his work.
Banda had a stellar season with the Elegant Dynamites leading the club through a historical 2022-23 season.
During his tenure Banda led FC MUZA to impressive performances that saw the club finish second place in the Super League and automatically qualify for their maiden CAF Confederation Cup.
Banda also led Mazabuka outfit to the ABSA Cup Final where they lost to Forest Rangers at a packed Woodlands Stadium.
The Kalumbila-based side are currently in third position with 17 points, three behind log leaders NCHANGA RANGERS.
