Konkola Copper Mine (KCM) the official sponsor of Nchanga Rangers Football Club has unveiled a new executive for the club with a clear mandate to help the club win promotion back into the Super League.
Nchanga Rangers were relegated last season from the Super League after finishing the season with 26 points, managing to score 16 goals while allowing 47 goals to end up on 19th place on the log with just 6 wins the entire season.
KCM has placed the onus upon the new executive to propel the team to greater heights and eventually win promotion.
Club chairperson is Yoram kapai who has returned to the Exco and will be deputized by Club Vice Chairperson Victor Mpundu.
Human Resource expert Chalwe chipulu who also works for KCM has been elected as Club Secretary while Club Vice Secretary is Matyola Hanyama is also a KCM employee.
The new Club Treasure is seasoned accountant Mwelwa chilundika. Chingola based businessman Teddy Mwiche is Club Vice Treasure.
Committee members are Joseph Munongo, Nelius Mumba, John Kane, John Sakala and Felix Mvula.This is according to a statement released by Nchanga Rangers’ club secretary Chalwe Chipulu and made available to the ZamFoot crew.
