Kings Kangwa trains at Belgian side

Kings Kangwa trained for the first time at Belgian side KV Kortrijk on Monday.

The 22 year old has joined the Belgian on loan from Serbian side Red Star Belgrade until the end of the season.

The Chipolopolo midfielder arrived in Belgian over the weekend and linked up with his new teammates on Monday.

After being introduced to his new teammates, he took part in the Monday session.

Kangwa was part of the Chipolopolo squad in Ivory Coast and scored in the 1-1 draw against DR Congo.

He has featured for clubs in Israel, Russia and Serbia.

Belgian has been home to Zambian stars.

Legendary quartet Kalusha Bwalya, Charles Musonda, Stone Musonda and Lucky M’siska trekked to Belgian in the 80s.

Kalusha’s young brother also played in Belgian in the 90s.

Most recently Fashion Sakala and Emmanuel Banda featured for KVO Oostende.
