Kelvin Mubanga switches clubs in Libya

Chipolopolo midfielder Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba aka Kemuka has left the Libyan league defending champions, Al Nassr Benghazi, based in the city of Benghazi, to join Al Madina, a club located in the Libyan capital city of Tripoli.

Muba made the move after parting ways with Al Nassr, a club he joined a year ago from ZESCO United.

Al Madina are three-time champions of the Libyan league and are currently second in the Libyan West Group 4.

The Libyan top league comprises 35 clubs split into four groups, with the top three teams from each group advancing to the next round.

Kampamba was named as the 2022 Hollywoodbets COSAFA Cup Player of the Tournament after helping Zambia to lift their sixth COSAFA Cup title.

The free kick specialist joined Zesco United back on 2020 from Nkana initially penning a two year deal.
