Nkwazi Football Club Head Coach Chris Kaunda attributed his team’s loss to Napsa Stars to a mistake made by his goalkeeper Charles Muntanga who gifted Substitute Austin Banda a goal in the 78th minute.
Chris Kaunda says his team will stay Focused despite the slight set back of the loss at home and sighted that a goal can be scored by anyone and it’s a result of a mistake by any player on the field of play.
“It happens in football, One Mistake and we punished despite training so hard for the game, it’s sad the mistake was to be made by us and we carry on as a team,” Kaunda told the ZamFoot Crew.
“He is not immune to mistakes and being on the Field of play it wasn’t something he also wished could happen.”
Napsa Stars finished the match with a man down after captain Dickson Chapa was given marching orders after getting a second yellow card.
The loss to Napsa puts Nkwazi on 10th position ahead Of Lusaka Dynamos by 2 points, Nkwazi who last tasted victory in week 3 and have gone 4 games dropping points. For Napsa the win pushes them to third place ahead of Green Eagles who stil have a game in hand.
