Kashala returns…As his two weeks, administrative leave comes to an end

Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) General Secretary Adrian Kashala will return to work today after serving a two-week administrative leave.

According to a statement by FAZ Communications manager Sydney Mungala availed to the ZamFoot Crew, Kashala will resume his duties today and the Executive Committee has been notified of the development.

“The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) wishes to inform its members and stakeholders that the administrative leave for the General Secretary Adrian Kashala has come to an end.

Mr. Kashala returns to the office on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.”

FAZ President Andrew Kamanga says the Executive Committee had since been notified of the return of the General Secretary.

“The General Secretary who had proceeded on administrative leave resumes duties tomorrow,” Mr. Kamanga told FAZ media.

Kashala was sent on administrative leave on 28th June following several questionable events surrounding the league.
