Zanaco Football Club Head Coach Kelvin Kaindu described his team’s 2-0 loss to newly-promoted side Konkola Blades as unhealthy despite starting on a positive note.
A free-kick from Owen Tembo and a Christian Mpoyi close-range finish gave the Chililabombwe based outfit a well-deserved 2-0 win.
“It’s not Health for us despite starting on a positive note however our opponents capitalized on the chances they had especially when they were given a free-kick and managed to score, we came back strong in the second half but with the Red card given in the 50th Minute that made it difficult for us,” he said.
When asked what seems to be the problem having lost two games on the bounce Coach Kaindu said the approach towards the games needs to Change.
“We need to improve on our approach because we had few chances, yes it’s worrying about how we are Conceding goals, so we need to improve on the approach towards the games.”
Two Lusaka-based side is sitting at the bottom of the log table with no point from the two games played, their next fixture will be away to Green Eagles football Club on the 29th of September, 2021.
