The FAZ Women’s Super Division enters week three of action this weekend with seven matches taking place.
Morocco bound Green Buffaloes will not be in action this weekend as their game against Trident Queens has been pushed forward to 30th November.
Nkwazi Queens and Play It Forward will also not be in action.

15:00hours – ZANACO Ladies Vs Prison Leopards Queens | Sunset Stadium, Lusaka
Newly promoted side ZANACO Ladies will be at Sunset Stadium on Saturday as they host Prison Leopards Queens in a 2022/23 FAZ Women’s Super Division encounter match week 3 set for 15:00hours.
Both teams are in desperate need of maximum points after a slow start to the season.
Both ZANACO and Prisons have got a point to their name on position twelve and fourteenth respectively and this match could just turn around the tables in what is expected to be the first ever meeting between The Sensational Ladies and Super Correct Ladies.
13:00hours – Queens Sports Academy Vs ZESCO Ndola Girls | ZNS Rugby Ground, Kabwe
Copperbelt giants ZESCO Ndola Girls will be looking forward to maintaining their unbeaten run when they take a trip to Central Province in Kabwe were they are scheduled to play against Queens Academy who are in search of their first win of the season after recording two draws in their opening two matches.
Zegalicious who have not conceded any goals while scoring four are favorites going into this match as they enjoy a good unbeaten record against The Royal Girls in the past meetings which has seen ZESCO emerging victorious in the last 3 meetings.
This match week three will be played at ZNS Rugby Ground and will be a lunchtime kick-off at 13:00hours.
10:00hours – Green Eagles Vs YASA Queens | Crested Crane Academy Ground
Fresh from a hard fought 1-nil victory over National Assembly, Green Eagles Women Football Club will welcome the Stubborn YASA Queens in a Week 3 encounter set for Crested Crane Academy Ground in Lusaka tomorrow morning with kick-off time set at 10:00hours.
YASA who are third on the table have enjoyed a 100% winning record in two games scoring 6 goals and conceding only once while eighth placed Eagles have got 3 points with only a goal scored so far and this match is expected to be very interesting for both teams.
Eagles who have shifted their home games to Crested Crane will be hoping to start life in their new home on a positive note but against YASA it won’t be an easy walk in the park for the female Eagles.
The last time these two teams met they shared spoils with a 2-2 scoreline while the reverse fixture at ZNS Chamba Valley Ground ended 2-1 in favor of YASA.

Zambian Institute for Sustainable Development (ZISD) Women Football Club will on Sunday 23rd October, 2022 welcome National Assembly At Independence Stadium Lusaka in a 2022/23 FAZ Women’s Super Division encounter match week 3 set for 15:00hours.
ZISD, a team that was on fire last season has been in poor form this time around recording back-to-back defeats and they will be hoping to turn the tables around when they welcome Assembly who have got one point to their name.
ZISD are bottom of the table and they are still trying to find a winning formula and it will be an entertaining match against the Parliamentarians who are also in search of their first victory of the season.
The last meeting between ZISD and Assembly ended 1-1 in a match that was played at Independence Stadium.
15:00hours – Indeni Roses Vs Red Arrows | Indeni Sports Complex, Ndola
FAZ Women’s Super Division Second-placed side Red Arrows Women Football Club will this weekend visit the Cage to lock horns with rejuvenated Indeni Roses in what is expected to be a game of the weekend with kick-off set at 15:00hours.
Both Indeni and Arrows are going into this match still unbeaten recording two back-to-back victories and with high hopes knowing very well that bragging rights are at stake.
Arrows’ last visit to Indeni ended 1-1 while the reverse fixture saw the Air Ladies picking up maximum points with a 2-nil victory in Lusaka.
The Zambia Airforce sponsored side who have set sights on winning the league will hope to carry on with their winning formula but it won’t be easy as The Smart Roses will ensure they utilize the home Ground advantage at the cage in a 15:00hours kick-off match on Sunday (23rd October, 2022).
10:00hours – Mufulira Wanderers Vs The Elite Ladies | Shinde Stadium, Mufulira
Mufulira Wanderers Women Football Club will welcome Elite Ladies in a 2022/23 FAZ Women’s Super Division match week 3 clash tomorrow at Shinde Stadium with kick-off set at 10:00hours.
Both teams are still winless and it will be interesting to see which side will redeem itself when they lockhorns with each other.
Elite are currently in ninth position with a point while Wanderers are fifteenth on the table with no points.
10:00hours – BUSA Queens Vs Police Dove Queens | Margaret Mwanakatwe Stadium, Lusaka
Margaret Mwanakatwe Stadium in Bauleni, Lusaka will be the venue as BUSA Queens welcome Police Dove Queens in a 2022/23 FAZ Women’s Super Division Match Week 3 encounter set for tomorrow at 10:00hours.
This will be the second meeting between BUSA who are known as the Giant Killers and The Fearless Female Cops who have traveled all the way from Solwezi in North Western Province.
The last time these two teams met was at the same venue last year and spoils were shared in a goalless draw and this time around it will be interesting to see which team will walk away with bragging rights as Doves will hope to extend their unbeaten run this season having won their opening two matches while BUSA are in search of their first victory of the season and are currently occupying thirteenth position on the table with one point behind Doves who are on fifth position with six points.
