History will be made today in Northern Province has there will be a launch of the first-ever FAZ Women’s League in the Province that kicks off tomorrow 20th March 2021.
According to a letter availed to the ZamFoot Crew by Northen Province Women’s Football Representative Madam Beauty Namwawa, today’s launch will be held at Kasama Girls Secondary School and The Guest of Honor will be the Kasama District Administrative Officer Madam Beatrice Namukoko.
Immediately after the launch, Madam Namukoko and all the guests will have an opportunity to witness an entertaining match between Pride Stars who will lock horns with Mungwi Hotspurs in a crunch encounter in Match Week 1 at the same venue that will set the tone of the league which will be a great platform for the girls to showcase their talent and the much-needed exposure in the league.
Aside from this game, there will be 5 other matches to be played tomorrow across the province 4 matches, and 1 on Sunday.
