Chipolopolo midfielder Miguel Chaiwa had attracted interest from Scottish Premiership side Hibernian according to multiple reports in Scotland.
According to the Hibs Observer, The Hibees are reportedly in talks to sign Young Boys midfielder.
David Gray is on the hunt for a defensive midfielder after failing to seal the deal to sign their on loan star from Sunderland Nectarios Triantis on a permanent basis.
After that deal failed to take off it seems Hibernian have now shifted their focus to the Zambian international.
It’s said that they are actively working on a deal to take the former Zambia U17 National team skipper to Easter Road.
The young defender made a switch to Switzerland in June 2022 and penned a 4 year contract with BSC Young Boys.
The 21-year-old was initially attached to the Swiss side’s youth academy before going on to make 31 first team appearances.
The move could necessitated by the desire to get more game time for the Chipolopolo Boys dependable hard-working midfielder.
