Zambian Women’s National Team midfielder Hellen Chanda has joined the Saudi Women’s Premier League side Eastern Flames FC.
Chanda joins the Saudi Arabia topflight side on a one year loan deal from Zambia army sponsored outfit, Green Buffaloes Women’s Football Club.
The club took to social media to confirm the development. Eastern Flames is based in Dammam.

Chanda says her target is to help the club in any way she can because she loves the project that Eastern Flames have.
“I am happy to join the club, I love the project that is here and I just want to do everything I can to help the team,” Chanda told the ZamFoot Crew.
Chanda who is a utility player has made a number of appearances for the Copper Queens playing at COSAFA, WAFCON, Olympics and the World Cup.
Hellen has previously played for Red Arrows Women, BIIK Kazygurt of Kazakhstan and Hakkarigücü Spor of Turkey.
