Chipolopolo Boys have left for West Africa ahead of the African Cup of Nations qualifier against Ivory Coast.
A locally assembled squad which will be joined by foreign based players are in transit to Abidjan from Lusaka.
Also in transit is head coach Avram Grant.
There were fears that the Israeli might not be in charge of the team following a stand off between his camp and FAZ over a number of of issues including the roping in of Wedson Nyirenda and Beston Chambeshi as his assistant.
Meanwhile midfielder Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba will not be part of the team following the death of his mother.

FAZ – roping in two failed coaches, attempting to show everyone that they did their best.
The reality is without two of your best attacking talents you are going to struggle.
The rest of the team by and large are well below average -Tanzania and Niger showed that.
Ivory coast are not great but we are even worse.
Wedson and Beston failed where Grant succeeded… i.e. Afcon qualification.
FAZ should have left Grant and his team alone .
It’s time to be serious Zambia, we have been embarrassed enough by your poor performance, it’s time for change.
