Government has allowed bars and other social places to open as early as 07 hours to allow citizens to support the Copper Queens opening match against Japan.
Local Government Minister Gary Nkombo says the initiative is only for tomorrow and bars should go back to normal operating hours on Sunday. Mr. Nkombo has also emphasized that bars still have the right to reservation of admission and should not allow underage people inside.
Speaking during a press briefing, Mr. Nkombo emphasized that law and order should be maintained.
Meanwhile, Commerce Minister Chipoka Mulenga encouraged business owners to operate within the law as they support the team.
