Forest Rangers is on the right track says Bakala

Forest Rangers Head coach Ian Bakala has expressed satisfaction with the team’s improved performance in their last three outings, but cautioned that there is still room for growth and a long way to go to reach their full potential.

In his post-match interview, the head coach said the team has identified what areas needed attention and has improved. He further added that the team was doing a good job by following instructions given by the coaches.

He added that the team’s main goal was to come out of the relegation zone. “Our fight is to move out of that position. Looking at the team back then and now, you can tell the difference, and everyone understands the assignment.” He said.

Yesterday was an exciting day for Fole Malembe fans at Dola Hill Stadium as the Timber Boys took to the pitch for a highly-anticipated match. The atmosphere was electric, and the fans were ready to cheer the team on to victory.

The match kicked off at 15:00hrs, and both teams gave it their all. In the 24th minute, Francis Debra was brought down in the penalty box, and the referee awarded a penalty. Kola stepped up to the spot and converted the penalty in the 25th minute, giving us a 1-0 lead.

As the match wore on, it seemed like the boys would hold on for a narrow 1-0 win. But then, something special happened. Defensive midfielder Benson Kolala unleashed a stunning strike from outside the 18-yard area, sealing the win for us.

The final whistle blew, and we celebrated a hard-fought victory. The boys now shift their attention to the next fixture at Edwin Imboela Stadium againet Green Buffaloes.
