The Football Association of Zambia FAZ has stated that they filed a complaint over the hostile treatment the Chipolopolo squad received in Guinea Bissau.
FAZ Vice President Rix Mweemba lamented that despite giving their counterparts utmost courtesy when they were in Lusaka, they did not reciprocate the courtesy when the Zambian squad traveled to Bussau.
He said that the team was given a 26 seater bus to use even for their luggage from the airport with supporters coming to their rescue to offer a bigger bus – FAZ reports.
Mweemba chronicled the hostility that greeted the team as they made their way into the stadium and during the match.
“We had an encounter of pitch invasion during the game and we did highlight those things to the match commissioner,” he told the ZamFoot Crew.
Zambia were beaten 2 – 1 in Guinea Bissau to leave their hopes of qualifying to the 2019 Cameroon Africa Cup of Nations tournament in uncertain waters.

Sore losers. Just accept defeat and start practicing for Cosafa where Zambia belongs.
FAZ you always complain about hostility by west African countries but why dont you do the same? how many times are we going to hear about such complaints….There is an old saying that goes…’if you cant beat them,join them’.I personally wonder why you even go to welcome them at the airport.You have learnt a lesson i hope so that next time you have either Ghana,senegal etc,give them a Rosa bus,no FAZ official should be seen at the airport to welcome them,accomodate them at Lusaka Hotel or Faiview Hotel or garden house hotel.
Otherwise these complaints to CAF will never take us anywhere.In Africa it is like that.Those are just mind games to frustrate you and intimidate you and they got what they wanted…a win!!
Let us work and stop complaining. West Africa has always been known for such primitive mind games and have gone scott free. This was expected.I urge FAZ and the technical bench to put their house in order and ensure that we win the two remaining games.
When something is wrong, you report it. Been known for bad behavior is no excuse for accepting below par standards. They have to be reported so that’s our African football image improves
So we lost the game because we rode a 26 seater bus…this is so silly and we need to stop making our country look so st*pid. CAF must surely be getting tired of our nonsense. What’s wrong with the people running this circus kanshi?
Can you spend the rest of your training on shooting practice. It appears you know everything else apart from shooting to score from range. If Museveni or Faz dont get to read my msg please pass it on to them.
Precisely Enoch Mwepu and Lupambo Msonda.Or else these two players should be told specifically to pass the ball to other players if it happen there are other players in a position to score a goal as well. They should reframe from should unless otherwise …
Enoch Mwepu missed the one on one twice against the Guinea Bissau team!!! He could have passed the ball back to Shonga and probably the story would have been much different!!!
West Africa is a dirty, uncultured enviroment! Zambia should not reciprocate their behaviour otherwise our standards will drop to their level! But we are stupid to eat their food. Cameroun used hammer teams 6 nil, 4 nil etc not until Zambia learnt a lesson and took their mealie meal and other foodstuffs. We drew one all. They used to lace the meals with some substances which hd negative effect on the entire team! Guinea Bissau r no exception!!
Precisely Enoch Mwepu and Lupambo Msonda should take some serious practices on how to trick a goal keeper and score a goal.Or else these two players should be told specifically to pass the ball to other players if it happen there are other players in a position to score a goal as well. They should reframe from should unless otherwise …

reframe= refrain
should= shooting the ball to the goal post
