Newly promoted MTN Super League side Konkola Blades and ZPL National League side Atletico Lusaka have reached an agreement over forward Timothy Sichalwe, the ZamFoot Crew can exclusively reveal.
The ZamFoot Crew understands that Sichalwe is set to complete his switch to the Chilabombwe based outfit soon following the club to club agreement.
Sichalwe’s camp and Konkola Blades will now have to iron out the final details in terms of personal terms ahead of an announcement which is expected soon.
The 20 year old is arguably one of the finest talents produced from Lusaka’s township in recent memory and is versatile playing across the front three positions.
‘Timo Tiger’ as his friends call him was superb down the left flank in the 2023/2024 ZPL National League season when he helped Atletico Lusaka win promotion to the top tier.
He provided assists and scored crucial goals for the Bad Boys. He was also a valuable member of the Brian Kunsanama led side in the Super League last season.
In July last year, Sichalwe attended trials at Serie A side Cagliari FC alongside Joseph Liteta.
Sichalwe was named in Coach Wedson Nyirenda’s 35 member provisional squad for the 2025 COSAFA Cup.
This is Sharp Razor’s fourth deal in this transfer window after sealing a big money move for former ZESCO United midfielder Kelvin Kapumbu from ZANACO.
