Exclusive: Biston Banda attracts interest from Moldova, Angola and two MTN Super League teamsĀ 

Former Zambia U23 National Team forward Biston Banda has attracted interest from a  team in Moldova and a team in Angola, the ZamFoot Crew, can exclusively reveal. 

Spartanii FC of Moldova and 1 Primeiro de Agosto of Angola are the two teams that have shown interest in the forward but they are yet to make an official approach to his club FC MUZA. 

The ZamFoot Crew understands that the two clubs are prepared to make offers to the Mazabuka based outfit for the former Power Dynamos striker.

Meanwhile, Super League side Kabwe Warriors have made an official request to MUZA for Banda’s services, the ZamFoot Crew has learned. 

Konkola Blades are also said to be an admirer of Banda who made 13 goals contributions for FC MUZA last season (7 goals and 6 assists).

During the January transfer window, Green Eagles and Nchanga Rangers were interested in the former Romeki striker.

Banda came to prominence in the 2019 transitional league when he helped himself to seven goals and was an ever-present figure in the Circuit City starting line up.

Following the relegation of Circuit City, Banda trekked to Ndola to join Buildcon before being snatched by Power Dynamos.

Biston was also part of Coach Beston Chambeshi’s U23 national team squad that suffered a premature exit at the U23 AFCON tournament in Egypt in 2019.
