Zambian duo of winger Edward Chilufya and midfielder Emmanuel Banda are expected to be in action this evening in European inter-club competitions.
Chipolopolo midfielder Emmanuel Banda has been named in the starting line up for Djurgardens IF who welcome Belgian side KAA Gent at the Tele2 Arena in Stockholm.
The former Nchanga Rangers man had been involved in 50 percent of the goals Djurgadens have scored in the Conference League. Banda scored a goal and set up another in the 3-2 win over FK Molde.
Kick off of the Conference League match is at 18:45.
Meanwhile winger Edward Chilufya starts on the bench for FC Midtjylland who face off with Feyenoord at the De Kuip in Rotterdam.
Midtjylland and Feyernood played to a 2-2 draw in Herning a week ago with the former coming from two goals down to level matters with Gustav Isaksen and Juninho netting a goal each.
Today’s match is not just an important match in the Europa League for Chilufya’s team – it is also FCM’s 100th match in European Competitions.
Midtjylland are currently second in Group F with four points, same as log leaders Feyenoord.
