With growing interest and rumours linking him to Nottingham Forest, Chipolopolo midfielder Kling Kangwa says it will be a dream come true to play in the English Premier League .
“I am humbled that several clubs are interested in my services,” he told the Times of Zambia.
“It’s good that clubs can recognize my talent but my focus now is still with Red Star Belgrade.
“I still have a running contract and respect that, but in football, you never know, anything can happen. Let’s wait and see.
Kangwa scored 6 goals and provided 2 assists in 26 appearances for Red Star Belgrade in the league.
In addition to league success, he also helped the Serbian champions to cup triumph as they claimed a domestic double.
He scored another 6 goals in the cup competitions.
“If a chance comes to play in the EPL why not take it?” Kangwa said.
Among other clubs that have shown interest on signing him include French League 1 sides LOSC Lille, Montpellier SC, Olympique De Marseille and Scottish League side Celtic.
On the international stage, he has scored 2 goals in five matches in the current AFCON qualifying campaign.
