Nkana FC’s pre-season schedule in Botswana has been finalised following confirmation of a friendly match against Botswana Premier League (BPL) side Enesia FC on August 5 in Francistown.
The match will be played at Old Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 15h00 and forms part of the club’s preparations for the 2026/27 season and the Transitional League campaign.
The fixture completes a busy programme for Kalampa during its training camp in Botswana. Before facing Enesia FC, Nkana FC will take on BPL side Morupule Wanderers FC in a pre-season friendly on Saturday, August 1, at 15h00 at the Palapye Sports Complex in Palapye.
The record 13-time champions will then conclude their Botswana tour by competing in the inaugural Tati River Cup on Saturday, August 8, at the Obed Itani Chilume Stadium in Francistown.
The one-day tournament will bring together four clubs from across the region, with Nkana FC competing alongside BPL sides Tonota FC, Township Rollers and Tafic Sporting Club. Matches will run from 07h30 to 18h00.
The Botswana camp forms an important part of the club’s pre-season preparations, providing valuable competitive action as Elijah Tana’s side continues to build towards the new campaign.
