Zambia Super League side Green Buffaloes has confirmed the acquisition of three new players including former Lusaka Dynamos forward Emmanuel Chabula.
The other two players are former KYSA and NAPSA Stars midfielder Daniel Chama and Melvin Simasikwe from Kalomo Jetters. The club took to social media to confirm the development.
“Green Buffaloes wishes to announce the acquisition of three new players. The players acquired include Emmanuel Chabula from Nkwazi Football Club on a 2 seasonal loan, Daniel Chama formerly of Kansanshi Dynamos who was a free agent on a permanent deal and Melvin Simasikwe from Kalomo Jetters also on a permanent deal.
We wish all the new players the very best as they represent the club this season.”
The ZamFoot Crew understands that ZESCO United and Nkana wanted to sign the former Lusaka Dynamos man but the deals failed to materialize at the last minute.
The 24-year-old was between 2018 and 2020 considered by many as the next big thing after breaking into the Chipolopolo set up. He emerged Chipolopolo top scorer in 2019 with six goals.
The former Kitwe United man was instrumental in propelling Zambia to the 2020 CHAN qualification.
Emmanuel is not 24… look at his photo. He changes teams every year and the result is the same, flop.
