Zambia U20 national team vice captain Spencer Sautu gave a man of the match performance to earn his team Green Eagles a famous 3 – 0 away win over Green Buffaloes despite playing a man down in the last 15 minutes.
Despite featuring veteran striker Christopher Katongo, the visitors were outclassed by Eagles with Sautu providing to assists for Adamson Mulawo and Chansa Katongo in the 36th and 82nd minutes.
Tapson Kaseba then took advantage of a defensive error to fire past Fred Silwamba in the GBFC goal and ensure that the Zambia National Service sponsored side completed a double over the Army side.
Mulawo’s goal was his fifth in four matches and he joins Winstone Kalengo and Jimmy Ndhlovu on top of the top scorers log.
In the late kick-off, Napsa Stars showed that they are a different team coming into the second half of the season when they held champions and log leaders Zesco United to a goalless draw in what was a battle of the leaders against tail end team.
Wilson Mwale who is back Napsa after helping the club earn promotion, lined up his new signings Davy Kalandanya and Djunese Kanda but they could only do enough to get a point against a Zesco side which had won their last six games.
The win keeps Zesco on top of the log with a three point cushion while Napsa remain in the relegation zone with two point adrift of safety.

From what I have seen this season, the league table is just about the way I expected it to be with only one exception. Gbfc for me are in the wrong position. With the way they have been playing it boggles the mind how they found themselves so high up the table. It really flatters them. They should be in the position occupied by Nkana at the moment. I hope there was no foul play involved in their ascension.
It’s hard to pinpoint what has gone wrong with that team. If I had to guess I’d say the general organisation is not OK. They have no number 9, two over weight players are in the starting line up (the goal keeper may be the best in the squad but how do you expect him to dive and last 90 minutes carrying all that weight. Plus he has a weak defence to cover him) and it looks like the players are fatigued for some reason.
I don’t expect the order of the top three on the table to change nor the relegation order either.
Chris Katongo has to stop playing immediately, until he finds a team in Thailand. It total embarrasment and bad lucky, when did he ever play a game and his team wins?
Lsk dinamo vs power dynamos was a nice match to watch but Joshua Titima needs to improve his goal keeping xpecially Flights.Zanco are strugling may because they a team to beat.Wilson Mwale has recorded good results for NAPSA so far.
