Kelvin Kaindu’s baptism of pressure continues with a trip to Independence Stadium in Choma on Saturday and KK has to impress because Power Dynamos fans think their club should be competing at the highest rank.
Last season saw Green Eagles pick four points from the two fixtures between the two. A win at Independence Stadium and a draw at Arthur Davies stadium.
One of the biggest challenges Kelvin Kaindu faces at Power Dynamos is turning around his side’s wretched away form last year where they struggled. He needs to start winning such games if this is to be turned to a big season for Power Dynamos.
While Power Dynamos would love to shake the tag of strugglers against their fellow “Big 6” clubs it will take a while to truly dominate and start running over clubs especially with a Green Eagles team that have tested the promised land in CAF already. They will be a difficult outfit this Saturday to beat with that last minute loss away to Forest Rangers fresh in their minds.
Looks like a slender win for the home side. If Eagles lose this one then it will be a near disaster start for the team whose fans now believe it is one of the best in the land.
