Copper Queens’ coach Bruce Mwape has said there a lot of individual play in his team.
Forwards Racheal Kundananji and Barbra Banda have been criticised for their individual play.
“These are our best players. it’s just the positioning,” Mwape said in reference to the Banda and Kundananji
“I am sure if they start positioning themselves very well.they will be able to score goals,” he added
“We are trying to discourage individual play. There is a lot of individual play upfront.
“Everyone wants to show that they are stars. We are actually working on that.
The World Cup bound team is set to leave for a three week training camp in Germany.
Whilst in Europe, the team will face Ireland, Switzerland and Germany in friendly matches.
They will then head to New Zealand on June 7.
At the World Cup, Zambia is in the same group with Spain, Japan and Costa Rica.
It can be a great team that can perform well once they consider one another…. whilst playing.
