The Zambia Women’s National Team have arrived in Dublin, Ireland ahead of tomorrow’s international friendly match against the Republic of Ireland.
The Copper Queens’ left Fürth early this morning from the Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg via Frankfurt.
The COSAFA Champions have been in Europe for the last one week where they have set up an international camp to fine-tune for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
Thursday’s friendly at Tallaght Stadium in Dublin forms part of the intensive preparations for the World Cup bound team.
Six days later, Bruce Mwape’s side will play another 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup bound country Switzerland before a crunch fixture against DFB-Frauen of Germany on 7 July.
The Copper Queens will head to Auckland, New Zealand from Germany on July 8, 2023
