A number of Copper Queens’ star players playing abroad were in action over the weekend.
Rachel Kundananji was on target, Hazel Nali made her debut while Rachel Nachula put in another good shift.
In China: Barbra Banda and Margret Belemu are yet to start their season in the Chinese Taiping Women’s Super League.
In Spain, Rachel Kundananji scored her third goal of the season but it was not enough as Eibar gave away the lead to lose 2-1 away at Real Sociedad in week 23 of the Primera Iberdrola.
Kundananji put Eibar in the 29th minute but late goals from Gemma Gili and Nerea Eizagirre made sure Sociedad secured a hard fought win and kept Barcelona from lifting the title in week 23.
Eibar are second from the bottom on the log table with only 16 points to their name and are facing relegation.
In the Reto Iberdrola, Rachel Nachula put in a full shift for Zaragoza CFF who cruised to a 3-0 win over CD PRADEJÓN.
Compatriot Hellen Mubanga missed the match as she is yet to be fully fit after undergoing knee surgery in November last year.
In Turkey, Copper Queens shot stopper Hazel Natasha Nali made her Group A of the Turkish Women’s Super League debut as her side Fatih Vatan Spor saw off Kocaeli Kadin FK with a 4-0 bashing.
Nali put in a full shift and kept a clean sheet.

Meanwhile, Misozi Zulu will be in action on Wednesday as Hakkarigücü host Rizespor at the Merzan Şehir Stadı in Hakkâri.
