Copper Bullets handsomely rewarded for beating Lesotho

Government has awarded the Chipolopolo boys ten thousand dollars for beating Lesotho.

And the Government has pegged the winning bonus for the Chipolopolo boys at 5-thousand dollars.

Sports Minister ELVIS NKANDU says the government will continue motivating the players so that the team continues to record positive results.

NKANDU says Sunday’s win against Lesotho was a massive boost to put Zambia on the right path for a qualification to the AFCON.

He was speaking in an interview with ZNBC News after witnessing ZAMBIA beat LESOTHO by 2 goals to Nil.

Zambia moved top of the group on NINE points and will now wait for the results between Ivory Coast and Comoros to be played tomorrow.
