The first leg of the final round of the qualifiers to the 2019 Egypt U23 AFCON will come alive this afternoon as the Zambia U-23 national team welcomes the “Red Devils” of Congo Brazzaville at the National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.
The Visitors Captain Ombandia Zoe believes because Zambia as a team has been playing together for some time and have Progressed from U20 til now U23 they have a lot of experience and togetherness will make this afternoon’s tie a tough encounter.
“We are a selected team comprising mainly of Young un-experienced players still grooming together and are yet to make a team like for Zambia which Had a victorious Under 20 Journey Worth Noticing,” he said.
The winner over the two legs will Qualify to the 2019 Africa Cup Of Nations in Egypt where the top three teams will automatically book places at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
