Choma Warriors have finally recorded their first win of the season after they edged Trident Queens.
Warriors scored a late goal through Carol Nsondo to steal the win at the death ending a six match losing streak.
The win takes Choma Warriors to 17th place, moving up from the bottom of the log for the first time this season. Play It Forward drop to bottom on goal difference.
Elsewhere, Indeni Roses reclaimed second place with a comprehensive 3-1 win over stubborn YASA Queens.
Noria Sosala put the Smart Roses in the lead just seven minutes into the match.
YASA Queens however drew level in the 21st minute thanks to a Rosemary Nyirongo strike.
Edith Phiri restored the lead ten minutes into the second half before skipper Esther Namukwasa could seal the win 15 minutes to time.
The win takes Indeni Roses to 21 points, 3 adrift of log leaders ZESCO Ndola Girls who have played two games less.
