Choma’s Green Eagles on Wednesday recorded their 8th draw of the season after failing to utilize home advantage as they were held to a nil-all draw by Power Dynamos.
Green eagles have only managed four wins out of 15 games played so far in the MTN Super League.
Head coach Aggrey Chiyengi was left feeling pleased with his team’s performance despite them missing a lot of scoring chances.
“The only thing is that we haven’t won otherwise the effort and fighting spirit was there, we created a lot of chances but scoring that’s where we missed it,” Chiyengi told the ZamFoot Crew.
“We now need to focus on lumwana and I Think when lumwana comes we going to win the game. The only thing is power came defensively. But against Lumwana it will be a different game,” he added.
The Kawale Boys have a chance to redeem themselves this coming weekend as they host third from bottom Lumwana Radians but unfortunately, they will miss two dependable defenders as Warren Kunda is still out nursing an Injury and Bonface Sunzu is suspended due to the red card he acquired during the Power Dynamos game.
