  1. Surprise move….when you are approaching retirement don’t you work where there is money to accumulate for retirement…anyway I don’t know the background to the move I’m just surprised by it.

  2. Ouch!! the worst move this year so far. Zambian players luck ambition, when players like Mane who once played with Mayaka are shining and we are happy with this move. He should have been at another level by now. He has lost form over the years. Shame

    • I have read many comments on this blog and realised that We hate ourselves as Zambians, especially as Blacks and Africans. This kind of self loath stretches past all walks of Life be it politics, religion, Academia, Sport etc.
The Human branding by the Western group of “Self-Imposed Elites” has worked chronologically, that is why now we see people trying to align themselves with the west in order to be deemed as intelligent or successful. Believe you me as long as Africa and Zambia as a whole remains clad in this kind of mindset, the subject of development will be an unreachable zenith. As long as we consider players trekking back home as finished and of no use (as players) Our goal of winning the World Cup one day will remain a fairy tale.
Egypt and their North African counterparts have been whispering into our ears for a long time now that We can do it with our Local players that is Win the Africa Cup and Qualify to the World Cup but alas this falls into deaf ears and a people blinded by their own inferiority complex.
When are We as Zambians and African going to be ever delivered from this kind of mental disorder? That is why the word coined by the USA President Donald Trump seems to fit well S****Hole Countries! who bewitched the Black Man “African” with so much self-hatred that He can not even see the blessing endowed upon his whole Life and the Land upon where He sits.
WELCOME CHISAMBA LUNGU,WORK HARD AS EVER, ZAMBIA IS YOUR HOME REMEMBER GODFREY ‘UCAR’ CHITALU SCORED 107 GOALS IN A YEAR BUT FIFA REFUSED TO RECOGNIZE THE TALENT BECAUSE THAT HAPPENED IN AFRICA AND ZAMBIA FOR THAT MATTER, ROMARIO MADE A NAME FOR HIMSELF WHEN HE WENT BACK TO BRASIL BUT NO ONE EVER TALKS ABOUT IT BECAUSE IT HAPPENED IN BRASIL! MAMA AFRICA WHEN ARE YOUR CHILDREN GOING TO BE FREE!!!! WE WILL RISE AGAIN LIKE IN THE DARK AGES WHEN THE DARK SKINNED PEOPLE “BLACK PEOPLE” RULED THE WORLD YES ZAMBIA WILL RISE! LET IT BE SO BROTHERS!!!

  3. home is home let’s make our boys feel at home and they should be proud to play in their land too .welcome back with more freedom home is sweet.

  4. Welcome. Need strong minds. Try to get fit. You don’t need friends at this stage …just the old road run from Chawama to Chilanga…every day my friend. Good luck.

  5. it is clear to see that Chisamba’s form at national team has really gone down, hence am not surprised that he is returning home to Zambia. Wishing him all the best.

  6. I hope he is not coming to join his homies in downing whiskies like the others we see today who can’t even find a local club. All they have remained with are stories in their mouths when drunk as they beg for beer.

  7. Act of desperation. I am sure by end of the year he will be in another competetive league he is looking game time. The man is on club hunting

  9. Hope Kennedy Mweene could have done the same. He has been tald on several occasions to attach himself to a club the will not regularly bench him

  10. Yes, naikosa but he cannot make enough money 2 built mansion, it’s sad indeed Zambian players are full of jokes l hope u20 of 2017 will not end like like them but hope they will end like Drogba and Henry Thierry

  11. What happened with the talent we saw in him. At 27 years most players hit their peak and he is coming home? If you can’t click in Turkey i don’t know where you can make it.

  12. He could have gone to China. The again I don’t know his motives nor the offers his handlers received. Nobody said Zambian league is terrible, at 27 he should be at his peak and playing in a top league. Young players would also dream of playing abroad in this way. That said welcome home Chisa, be a good example to the young players. Having played at the highest level, younger players will learn one or two things from Chisamba.
