Chisamba returns to action, Fwayo continues to see action

Zambian players Chisamba Lungu and Fwayo Tembo where both in action for their clubs on Saturday evening.

Chisamba Lungu was returning to action with his team for the first time since the league went on recess in December completed the entire 90 minutes but was on the losing end after his team Ural was thrashed 3 – 0 by log leaders Zenit St. Petersburg.

Chisamba played in an advanced position on the left side of midfield and put in a good shift but the team fell shot against the quality of Petersburg.

Ural lie just two places and two points above the relegation zone with 13 points in 18 games and have played a game more than the teams below.

In Romania, Fwayo Tembo again came off the bench and has been increasing the number of minutes on the pitch as he regains his fitness to play 34 minutes for his club Astra in their 2 – 0 win over Botosani.

This was the first win for Astra in 5 games and it pushes them into 5th position.

Fwayo replaced one of the goal scorers Fatai but himself was not on target on the day.

This is the third consecutive game Fwayo has played h=since his return to Romania.
