The Chipolopolo Boys have been putting in serious work for the last two weeks getting ready for Saturday’s AFCON qualifier against Ivory Coast.
The Copper Bullets had a week long camp in South Africa before returning home on Tuesday to continue their preparations.
Head coach Avram Grant and his technical staff have continued to prepare the team for the crunch tie.
The team had their first training session from Levy Mwanawasa Stadium ahead of today’s official training session at the match venue.
The ZamFoot Crew was at the venue to follow proceedings and Patson Daka, Fashion Sakala Jnr, Emmanuel Banda, Klings Kangwa, Clatous Chota Chama, Kelvin Kapumbu and Lameck Banda looked sharp and ready for the match.
Zambia and Ivory Coast will battle it out at Ndola’s Levy Mwanawasa Stadium tomorrow.
Zambia are second on nine points behind leaders and already qualified Ivory Coast in Group H and need a point in the remaining two group matches to secure a spot at next year’s AFCON.
The final group match will be played in September 2023 against Comoros.
Tickets for the qualifier can be purchased in Shoprite via CompuTicket with only East wing tickets which are pegged at K150, K200 for west and K750 for VIP remaining after the K20 and K50 tickets run out.
Lose tomorrow and Comoros wins its game means last game away to Comoros suddenly becomes very very difficult.
Need our mates in Lesotho to help.
All the best to bullets… !!!!!!
