Chipolopolo take on Sundowns in final practice match

The Zambia national team is this morning engaged in a practice match against Mamelodi Sundowns in South Africa ahead of their departure for Rwanda.

George Lwandamina has again named two teams as was the case in the match against Angola which Zambia won 2 – 1.

Lwandamina has not changed his formations for the two teams but has moved goal scorer Mwila Phiri to what seems to be his preferred start XI replacing Patson Daka.

The venue of the match is the Sundowns training ground, Chloorkop.

The Chipolopolo fly out of Johannesburg for Rwanda on Thursday.

  1. Chan is a useless tournament I will not even celebrate if zambia wins chan. Zambia has failed where it matters and that was u-17, 20 and 23 those tournaments were qualifiers for global events and the fact that we finished bottom on each occasion shows the current faz administration has failed. Our professionals in europe have also failed right now zambian football is at it lowest ebb. I have even lost apetite to comment on this site.
