The Zambian national team has been drawn against neighbors Namibia in the Championship for African Nations (CHAN) tournament whose qualifiers begin in June.
According to draws conducted on Sunday afternoon, Zambia will play away in Namibia on the weekend of the weekend of 19 – 21st June while the second leg will be played in Zambia on 4th July.
Zambia who are favorites to prevail over Namibia will meet either Mozambique or Seychelles should they progress to the next round which will be the final round of qualifiers to the Rwanda tournament.
The tournament will be played between 16th January and 7th February, 2016.
The CHAN tournament is designed exclusively for players playing in Africa.
