Chipolopolo Commence Preps for Algeria and Zimbabwe

The Zambia national soccer team will commence preparations for the must win Cameroon 2021 Africa Cup of Nation qualifiers against Algeria and Zimbabwe on Sunday, 7th March 2021.

Chipolopolo coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojević will start to drill the local players as he awaits the arrival of the international players.

Micho named 16 local players in his initial 33 man provisional squad but he has added five other local players to make a 20 man squad for the local players camp. Luka Banda will not be available as he is out with Napsa Stars who will play in Morocco in the CAF Confederation Cup.

Second tier Kansanshi Dynamos striker Martin Njobvu has also been given a chance to impress the technical bench.
