Chipolopolo assistant coach Marko Balbol who coached the late Chaswe Nsofwa in Hapoel Beer Sheva visited the grave site of the Zambian great.
Balbol who is coach Avram Grant’s assistant was at the helm of Hapoel Beer Sheva 16 years ago when Nsofwa collapsed and died on the pitch.
Marko visited Nsofwa’s grave site in the company of the deceased’s son Chaswe Nsofwa junior.
Israel has been a launchpad for the careers of several Zambian players notably Emmanuel Mayuka, Roger Kola, William Njobvu, Kings Kangwa and Lameck Banda.
