  1. The team is lacking some inspiration. Having watched Cape Verde and Mozambique they don’t have class players or better players than us. We just have players whom are not motivated enough.

I will keep saying this til i’m called names. Get rid of the Chamangas, Singulumas, Katongos and bring more young stars. That boy from Zim Katebe, Alex Ngonga, L.Musonda, E.Kangwa and 2 or more playes from the U20’s need to be roped in.

FAZ also need to be looking at the issue of a proper Coach now and not leaving things at the last hour.

  2. Janza should make a press conference and answer some possible questions. Why he kept James Chamanga for so long on the field? Why he fairs to make a decision for him self and go to what people say on Mayuka and Katongo.our team has been branded by Supersport as ‘Blunder Zambia’

    • You’re right man, he should answer those questions and some tactics employed! for us it looked like we did not use any tactic but he let the game go and wishing to get a goal by luck! was pathetic#

  3. 1. Kennedy mweene, 2. Boyd mukandawire. 3 emmanuel mbola. 4. Nyambe mulenga. 5 stopila sunzu. 6. Shadreck Malambo 7. Charles Zulu. 8. Chisamba Lungu. 9. Kampamba. 10. Renold Kampamba. 11. Rainford Kalaba. Subs. 12 Joshua Titima, 13. Musakanya. 14. Sinkala. 16. C. Katongo. 17.david Daka. 18. Roderick kabwe. If Honour stubborn Janza use this squad on wednesday night, we won’t hv any difficulties in beating Niger.

  5. Janza needs to inject more fresh legs into this tired old team, the guys currently playing lack motivation and fighting spirit.
Let’s cross our fingers we don’t get another draw at LM stadium n kiss 2015 arios.

  6. Zambia’s problem is positioning in the penalty area! Chamanga’s reflexes too slow and positioning not good enough in the penalty area. We need South African style of inter passing given the bad positioning of the oppositions defense. As of now Rainford is the only one effectively bringing the ball fwd and making effective passes. You need a C. Katongo, Mayuka, or Collins to drill the ball into the net. Chamanga with his high work rate helped slow down the oppositions build up from the back. Jacob should play to his strength and when playing in Africa it’s not ball at feet type of play, the dribbling skills in Africa are alot higher in Africa than in Europe. Jacob should use head to ball play, positioning and athleticism. Mayuka like Gyan is very quick to regain balance and shud learn from Gyans game. Givens shud be scoring Sudan like goals against Nigeria. We need players who can test the keeper with power shots, the keepers positioning is suspect. Good luck Boys!

  7. Qualifying to AFCON is completely out. The earlier people get this into their heads. The better. We are not going to qualify. I said that some time back before Renard was FIRED and i will say it again. Zambia is NOT going to AFCON 2015!#PATHETIC!

  8. Kalusha must go, he was a great player not a great administrator, why does he impose himself when he can see it clearly?, at faz, no commitee to advertise, to see, to shortlist and even to discide who can coach the team, its one man affair, look wht happens in other countries, just Ivory Cost, our own african coutry, it takes time and plan to choose, but kalu its over night to go to lebanis,

  9. All players in the national team called are okay, but one problem, the problem is the person who chose the coach to be the coach and his assitant form lebanis to be the assistant. He is tired and needs to rest his legs a bit.why cant people just get enough of something?

  10. Not only is Faz specialised in failling to chater for plans on time, it is also specialised in gate charges.these are two things they are specialised in.

  11. Things are seriously looking bleak right now. Janza’s inexperience shining through very brightly. He may have FIFA badges but he seriously lacks in practical experience. Many of us said it before and others responded by saying lets give him a chance. The lack of practical experience of both him and Chintu was surely going to bite us at some stage.
I hope the new assistant coach has something to offer.

  12. Why Chipolopolo can’t shine, the coach has no experience
His plays also luck that depth.Janza is good to assist not to coach. Katongo,Jacob and Mayuka add value to our team, the locals have no experience, when you look at Cape verde and Mozambique both teams have experience with more players playing their trade in Europe.

  14. Baby hummer, u chased Renard and called PB a small boy. Renard has shamed u by signing 4 a better side than Zambia. Now u are saying Zambia wont qualify, who told u that? We have 2 home games and 1 away. U wait and shut up.

  15. @Chief analyser, Big steve 4rom SA, Billy,Mumbi and more Chipolopolo fans,Let’s take our calculators and make some algebra. If we win against Niger, will have 5points hoping Mozambique to play draw in Cape Verde that takes us closer. Win the game against Cape Verde at home Zam =8points Cape V =7 points Moz should draw away in Niger ,Moz=7point the last game win in Maputo finishing on 11points and Cape Verde 10points by beating Niger. Plz note KAY Hummer should not dispute this because ‘ wamate ayabi sana’

  16. @ Chiefs analyser, Big steve from SA,Sibs ,Billy and Mumbi we should take our Calculators and try to do simple Maths, if we beat Niger , Zam =5points, and hope Moz and Cape V play draw.Moz =6pts Capev =7. We are now closer to Morocco. Last two games we should beat CapeVarde,Moz play draw in Niger, Zam =8pts,CapeV 7pt Moz=7pts and win the last game in Maputo to finish top with 11 pts, 2nd CapeV 10pts and Moz 7pts

  17. @ Germiston South I think a huge determining factor will be the results on Wednesday. Yes Mozambiques win somewhat worked in our favour but a point from a possible nine is actually embarrasing to say the least. It takes away confidence from the players and drastically reduces us fans hopes of qualification. let us see if things pen out on Wednesday at 18:00hrs

  18. I simply have to wait and see what is going on.After winning that final in 2012, the Chipolopolo’s record is really poor.Looking at the remaining games kaya mwandini.

  19. So now it is probabilities, we now have to get our calculators to qualify, shame for us. why was Janza jumped on so quickly when we had a lot of local coaches that are doing so well at club level, this Kalusha thing will not take us anywhere, when are next FAZ elections? we need to kick out the current committee.

  20. Iam beginning to think that janza doesn’t know what he is doing, honestly bringing back chamanga in the starting line up! Please… Next time we will see chivuta on starting line up, we are not moving forward instead going back into same old tired legs. Janza please call back young lubambo, Evan Kangwa and let sate sate and situmbeko start the game, if we don’t go to morocco you and kulu should pack your bags enough is enough.

  21. Janza pliz call Alex Ngonga and Patrick Ngoma to the national Team, they are by far the most agressive striker we have right now.

    For me I think Mayuka as alot to offer in this team as well as Katongo Chris and I strongly recommend the following team if we have to beat Cape Verde and Mozambique;

    1. Mweene
    2. Kabaso
    3. Rodrick Kabwe
    4. Munthali/Sunzu
    5. Nyambe Mulenga
    6. Sinkala
    7. Charles Zulu (Katongo)
    8. Kalaba
    9. Alex Ngonga (Patrick Ngoma)
    10. Emmanuel Mayuka
    11. Chisamba Lungu (Fwayo Tembo)

Reason for this line up (Strikers and mid)

    1. Kalaba does not read his lines very well but an excellent player who can do well in the midfied field
    2. Charles Zulu has been motivated having been given a chance at the expense of pros would want to shine especially at home
    3. Under 20 team mate Patrick Ngoma has also been inspired by Zulu and the two can bring in alot of life in this team
    4. Alex Ngonga is currently the most enterprising striker in Zambia so far and is far much better than Chamanga judging by what we saw in Niger and what we have seen Alex doing in the league
    5. Emmanuel Mayuka came in very strongly agaisnst Niger and it was just unfortunate that he was introduced late and found partners who were tired with no ideas
    6. Chisamba Lungu is a dribler, flushy and a tricky star and u cannot use such a player in the Midfield unless you dont want to get maximum benefit from him, therefore it would be wise to use him on the flunks (wings) so that he creates space in the middle by attracting more defenders

  22. The problem is the coach is clueless. He can’t read the game and effect necessary changes DURING the game unless at halftime. Niger were at our mercy in the first half and any right thinking coach could have seen that and effected the changes from attacking with one guy (Chamanga who gets blamed for poor service from the system) to a more attack minded system like 4-4-2. But alas, the coach believes in half time talk. He used more midfielders in a game he was supposed to attack

Second the players were fighting an invisible enemy(Psychological block) which made it difficult for them to see that Niger were at their mercy. Look at how South Africa is enjoying the turn around in fortunes. But they have also invested in fresh legs.

    2015 kaya!!!!!!!

  23. @germiston south, We have the calculators,I have seen your algebra and i have tried the permutations, so far not so bad its giving some reaasonable reponses, but you know the problem,With this admin and technica bench, what do you think we are going to do even if we go?, Are you going to watch the games with confidence when all times its lets see what happens?, It will really be a big blow if we dont go, i cant just imagine it.

  24. @chiesanalyser this is what is going around my brains.our technical bench couldn’t read the game. Which game did Chamanga play to earn him a starting into the squad. He was not even part of the team in Cape verde. What the Janza should have done, was to find a partner for Jacob Mulenga. This young star called Charles Zulu played well though at times he lucked the depth. We can’t just through Emmanuel Mayuka. The guy is young he just need more games. With Katongo,he brings stability to the team therefore,he should start.if he gets tired because of age bring in young stars.

  25. My Zambian friends, stop insulting your coach and players and rather encourage and motivate them. There are good and bad days, please. All is not lost for Zambia. Football is a game of uncertainties and the scales can turn for the better. Even in Ghana, we are not satisfied with the performance of our Black Stars even though they have not lost any match so far and they are on top of their group comprising Uganda, Guinea and Togo. Football fans are very difficult to please. Cheer up your Zambian players and encourage them. By way l cannot forget the masterful game played by Zambia when they played Ghana in Kumasi esp Stopilla Sunzu. l like the guy.

  26. Honestly people of Zambian janza is not a coach and doesn’t know what to do. How does one play toothless strikers like chamanga and singuluma for 90minutes who cant even shot at goal, yet you pack good strikers on the bench haaaaaaaa these are jokes.Bring back king david to get goals for mother Zambia and katongo should be given enough time to play he is very enfluencial than the so called the young players.
