Chipepo unveiled as new Nkana head coach

Nkana Football Club has unveiled former Power Dynamos head coach Mwenya Chipepo as their new head coach.

Chipepo takes over from Ian Bakala who was sent on administrative leave at the start of the month.

Chipepo was until now head coach of Ndola based Forest Rangers.

The former Power Dynamos boss has penned a two year deal that will keep him at Chilata until October 2026.

Bakala was sent on administrative leave following a string of poor results that saw Nkana struggle and be stuck in the relegation zone at the start of the season.

Chipepo could start his reign as early as today when Nkana visit Shinde Stadium in a week 9 encounter against Mighty Mufulira Wanderers.
