Green Buffaloes head coach Justin Chinama’s job is hanging by a thread after a continued poor showing by the Zambia army-sponsored outfit the ZamFoot Crew understands.
According to ZamFoot Crew sources close to the club, The top brass at the club are not happy with Chinama and the way the team is playing at the moment.
The 2015 ABSA Cup winners were knocked out of the competition on post match penalties by National Division One side, NAPSA Stars which worsened the situation.
The management has grown frustrated with the team’s inconsistency after a good start to the season that saw them lead the log for the majority of the first round.
“The management are not happy with the results and Chinama’s Job is not safe. Remember he was even given a three match ultimatum last month.”
Chinama was given an official three match ultimatum last month of which he won two and lost one.
After which the team has now lost their last three games, two in the league and the ABSA Cup quarter final against the Pensioners on Sunday.
Buffaloes are currently 5th on the log with 38 points from 26 games and have only won two of their last fourteen games with only 10 points picked up from a possible 42 points.
