Zambian forward Edward Chilufya opened his goal account for Danish side FC Midtjylland on Monday.
Chilufya came from the bench to replace Brazilian forward Junior Brumado at the start of the second half with Midtjylland down 1-0 to Silkeborg thanks to first strike by Nicklas Helenius.
The boy from Kasama first set up Gustav Isaksen for the equaliser a minute after being introduced.
The Zambian international then put the Wolves in the lead 62nd minute.
Brazilian midfielder Evander sealed the win for the Wolves with a third goal in the 75th minute despite Helenius completing his brace in additional time, 3-2 the match finished.
The match is Chilufya’s fourth appearance in the 2021/2022 Danish Superligaen.
The win takes Midtjylland within six points of log leaders FC Copenhagen who are on 51 points.
The 22 year old joined Midtjylland in January from Swedish giants Djurgården IF penning a five year deal.
