Zambia Under 23 Head Coach Beston Chambeshi has named a strong and promising 25-member final squad for local Players ahead of the home tie against Congo Brazzaville scheduled for September 4th in the race for the Egypt 2019 U-23 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Under 23 Coach has summoned players from Clubs participating in the continental games and were earlier excused for their busy schedules, the U23 gaffer believes its time for to fine-tune his troops ahead of the tough two-legged ties ahead.
Chambeshi who been Closely monitoring the foreign-based players expects them to complete his side and earlier revealed that they will start trooping in on 30th August.
The ‘Dream Team’ will play Congo Brazzaville on September 4 before playing the Second Leg on September 8 in Pointe Noire. The Winner over the two legs qualifies for the Egypt Africa Cup of Nations staged for November.
The Top 3 teams at the eight-nation tournament will qualify to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
