Zambian midfielder Clatous Chota Chama has been named as the Tanzania NBC Premier League player of the month.
Chama was in fine form in December, playing five matches and 450 minutes, scoring two goals and five assists.
Chama beat off competition from his captain John Bocco and Yanga SC striker Fiston Mayele.
Chama was key to Simba SC’s four wins in five games, scoring two goals and setting up five of them.
