CAF Champions League Royalty: Clifford Mulenga in Cairo as Co-commentator

Former Zambia winger Clifford Mulenga has travelled to Egypt on CAF duties.

The CAF 2007 Young Player of the Year will be co-commentator for Sunday night CAF Champions League match between Pyramids and Mamelodi Sundowns.

The 38 year old travelled to Cairo on Friday and watched Sundowns’ final session on Saturday and linked up with his former Chipolopolo teammate and current Sundowns’ goalkeepers coach Kennedy Mweene.

Mulenga impressed with insights from the commentary box at the CHAN and AFCON.

The former Bloemfontein Celtic and Supersport United winger has vast experience having featured at four AFCON tournaments -2006, 2008, 2010 and 2012.

Pyramids and Sundowns are tied 1-1 from the first leg.

Pyramids (Egypt) vs Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa) tonight at 19 hours GMT.
