Log leaders Buildcon suffered their second defeat of the season while Nkana has continued their newly found form as they beat Kitwe United 2-0.
The MTN/FAZ Super League came alive this afternoon with three rescheduled games. Log leaders Buildcon went toe to toe with rivals Forest Rangers, Power Dynamos welcomed Napsa Stars while Nkana had a small matter of a local derby against one of their fiercest rivals in Kitwe United.
At Arthur Davies Stadium, Napsa Stars started strong but Power Dynamos came back into the game and looked to control the match from the middle of the park.
Their dominance paid off in the 76th minute after Benson Sakala connected with a Spencer Sautu corner to make it 1-0. Napsa however replied almost immediately as Jacob Ngulube slotted from close range to level matters.
Napsa Stars then went ahead three minutes later with a well taken Laudit Mavugo goal. With the match headed for a Napsa Stars win, Goalkeeper Shaban Odhoji made a big mistake to allow Benson Chali to score with his clearance and make sure the two teams share the spoils.
Across the road at Nkana Stadium, Congolese forward Idriss Ilunga Mbombo scored twice in the first half to hand Nkana their first back to back wins this season.
The win takes Nkana to 12th place with 11 points from eight games played.
At Levy Mwanawasa Stadium, Forest Rangers came from a goal down to beat Buildcon 2-1 with goals from Amenu Moro and Quadri Kola. Emmanuel Okutu scored for Buildcon.
The win takes Forest Rangers to 7th place while Buildcon remains at the summit despite the loss.
