Buildcon have been eliminated from the CAF Confederation Cup after squaring 1-all against Young Buffalos in eSwatini.
Team Kopala started the match on a high after finding the back of the net inside the opening minute through Kayembe Alidor who took advantage of a poorly placed back pass.
51 minutes later Young Buffaloes responded by scoring an equalizer through Fanelo to end the the dreams of Buildcon.
Tenant Chembo’s side suffered a 1-nil loss in the first leg match played in Ndola at Levy Mwanawasa. The eSwatini club are through to the next round after winningng 2-1 on aggregate.
The road is over for Buildcon in the second tier of continental showpiece who were playing in the competition for the very first time since they won promotion.
Buildcon will now turn their attention to the league which will start this weekend and they will be traveling to Kabwe where they will be playing Kabwe Youth Soccer Academy.
